Delete your data

You can remove the access Adomation.ai has to your accounts at any time, and ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

Remove Facebook, Instagram or Google Ads access

• In Adomation.ai: open Ad accounts and choose Disconnect for Meta or Google Ads. We delete the access tokens we held for that account immediately.
• On Facebook: go to Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, select Adomation.ai and choose Remove.
• On Google: go to your Google Account, Security, Your connections to third-party apps & services, select Adomation.ai and remove access.

Campaigns you already sent stay in your own Google Ads or Meta account; you can pause or delete them there.

Delete your account and data

Email the contact details in your account from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm the request and delete your account, practice information, photos, ads, landing pages, appointment requests, advertising results and stored access within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

If you sent an appointment request

Your request went to the dental practice whose page you used; contact that practice to have it removed. You can also email the contact details in your account with the practice name and the date, and we will delete it from our systems.
